Vintage Tray Memo Board

I have a large metal tray with all sorts of flowery things on it just waiting to be crafted into something more spectacular.  It's no good letting it just sit in the cupboard.  I'm liberating myself from veil making for a while, so this is the perfect project to free my inner craftress!
