Glitter Haus Highlights

What a lovely, glittery event this was!  My favorite holiday show this year by far.  The people, the cozy home location and the talented vendors added up to a big success for our first year of Glitter Haus.

Laurie's house decked out her home for the holidays with the cutest vintage details everywhere you looked.

We served vegetarian-friendly hors d'oeuvres, cranberry embellished cocktails, and a dose of holiday cheer.

Glitter Haus! Featured handmade artist La La Laurie

As you may have heard, I'm helping to organize a wonderful holiday event - Glitter Haus!  I wanted to share with you a little bit about each of our vendors in the coming weeks, and give you a peek at what they make.

Let's start with La La Laurie!  Laurie is an amazing artist who creates amazing paper crafts and the most amazingly gorgeous bouquets and boutonnieres you've ever seen.  Seriously, amazing.  Her creations were recently added to the new BHLDN wedding collection, and she is an official Crafting Expert over at Fiskars.  I met Laurie last year right before she jetted off to the Martha Stewart craft show in the Big Apple.  I feel so inspired by Laurie's talent and heart for what she creates.

Crafty Craft Show Weekend Recap

What a fun weekend!  Met so many creative people like Laurie of La La Laurie (AMAZING paper craft!), Cheryl of Food Stuffs (eco-friendly food-storage), and Lori Meyer or Parisienne Girl Designs (lovely vintage-inspired jewelry).

It was great to be a part of such a talented group of people and I feel blessed with some good sales both days.  Hooray for handmade!!!
